Therapeutic Approach

Rosie takes a wholistic, intersectional, and humanistic approach to mental health counseling. They believe that every individual is the expert of their own experience, and that healing comes from authentic expression of self. Rosie works from a trauma-informed, intersectional, and multicultural lens, understanding that a person's individual experiences cannot be separated from the systems in which they live. Rosie loves working with narrative, drama therapy, play therapy, and expressive arts to help individuals build their own innate strengths and resiliency.
