Obtaining mental health services doesn't always mean physically seeing your therapist in person.  Because of life circumstances or simply convenience, some prefer the increased flexibility of teletherapy.  A typical session can look a feel just like a regular in-person one, it is simply done online with a compatible device having audio and video capabilities, like a computer or smartphone.  Participate in your therapy session while in the comfort of your own home or office.
