Therapeutic Approach
Sara uses a person-centered therapy approach that introduces the clients as the experts of their lives. They believe that the pace is set by the client, and the counselor will follow. Sara utilizes play therapy both digitally and in person to provide as much personalization in the playroom as possible. They work with clients to promote self-advocacy and self-autonomy while working on self-acceptance. Sara likes to get creative with clients, supporting each of their individual needs.
