Therapeutic Approach
Ashtyn enjoys working with young children and adolescents and believes play and creative expression are powerful tools for self-expression and navigating challenges. She primarily practices from a non-directive, person-centered, and child-centered approach, creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings through play, art, and other expressive activities. She also integrates techniques from other therapeutic modalities to create personalized care that builds on each client’s strengths. She strives to create a space where every client feels heard, respected, and understood.
