Ryann is from Baltimore, MD and she loves discovering new cultures through traveling, expresses her creativity through crafting, and is a dedicated Taylor Swift fan. Her passion for working with young people started early, cultivated through coaching soccer and lacrosse in high school and spending five years as a sleepaway camp counselor. These experiences, combined with her personal passions, fuel her deep belief in the importance of teaching all children the vital skills needed to enhance and inspire their self-confidence, ensuring they are well-equipped to thrive and succeed in our diverse society.
Training and Education
Ryann graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Master's Degree in School Counseling and has 4 years of experience working as an elementary school counselor. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology from University of Maryland, College Park. Her commitment to serving diverse needs extends beyond her counseling role. As a Certified Personal Trainer, she has facilitated improved performance and well-being for diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, through client-centered coaching. Furthermore, her volunteer work as a coach for Girls on the Run has involved mentoring elementary school girls through a social-emotional learning curriculum, fostering trust, respect, and open communication.
